It’s a Wonderful Life in Bellefonte Celebration Performances

6pm Be cheerful as we gather for the Opening Ceremonies at the Historical Museum (Miles-Humes House) featuring the holiday sounds of Victorian Brass. The Class Act Productions creative troupe will stroll amongst the crowd. Magician Richard Benninghoff will entertain with close-up magic (sponsored by Phoenix Physical Therapy). Holiday treats to keep you warm and cozy, prepared and served by the Bellefonte Presbyterian Church and supported bya gift from the Bellefonte Lions Club.

7pm Class Act Productions opening performance

7:15pm Welcome & Proclamation – Welcome and proclamation by Mayor Buddy Johnson officially opens the 2025 Bellefonte Victorian Christmas.

7:30pm Lights, Music, and Holiday Magic – Our opening night sets the tone for a weekend full of tradition and joy! Step inside the Bellefonte Presbyterian Church for a unique performance by Chris Collins, who captures the warmth and wit of Jimmy Stewart in It’s a Wonderful Life in Bellefonte. Then, let the sounds of the season surround you as the Bellefonte Victorian Christmas Choir, directed by Tricia Andriaccio, presents a festive holiday concert


Saturday, December 13, 2025   

11am – 4pm Street performances throughout the downtown area by students from the area schools. Come out to listen and support the next generation of musicians.

Concerts in the Parlor

 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Saturday- Centre County Historical Museum

Step into the intimate parlor setting of the historic Miles-Humes House and enjoy piano and other live performances throughout the day. A cozy, charming way to experience the season’s music.

 

 


Sunday December 14, 2025

2pm – Bellefonte Community Band concert at Bellefonte High School auditorium. Free parking and admission.


4pm – Faith UMC at 512 Hughes St. in Bellefonte will perform “Peace on Earth?”  Choir, dance and original video drama will tell the story of a typical family and how they found the true meaning of “peace.”  Parking available. No tickets required.  More info at https://bellefontefaith.com


6pm – St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 134 E Bishop St., celebrates with the Parish Christmas Concert
