Raise a glass of Christmas cheer and toast to the joy of the season!
Join us for the 2nd annual Christmas Cordial at State Burger. This is a private limited ticket event with delicious hors d’oeuvres, fresh drinks and music.

Notice: Advance tickets sales only. No tickets at the door. Tickets Sales end on December 6th at 8pm.
General Admission: $45. Ticket good for 2 drinks, 4 passes of hors d’oeuvres, 1 round of sweets.
*Planned Hors d’oeuvres (Subject to change – please check back for changes)
- Charcuterie Cup – a personal charcuterie assortment of nuts, fresh fruits, sliced meats, stuffed olives, cheeses and crackers.
- Winter Salad – A bed of mixed greens layered with diced roasted sweet potatoes, butternut squash, parsnips, and red onion; drizzled with a cider vinaigrette
- Smoked Tomato Bisque with red peppers, anelli pasta, and mozzarella; plated with French bread toast
- Cranberry Barbeque Pulled Chicken served slider style atop a creamy, crisp apple slaw on a traditional slider roll
- Italian-Spiced Meatballs -Beef and Pork meatballs blended with Italian spices; plated with house marinara
- Fried Ravioli – Stuffed with Asiago, Ricotta, Romano, Parmesan; plated with house marinara
* Planned Sweets
- Mint Chocolate Pots de ‘creme – Silky and decadent mint chocolate custard finished with whipped cream and cocoa dust.
- Vanilla Chai Milkshake Shooter – Warm flavors of chai blended with vanilla ice cream in a tall shooter.
- Banoffee Cake – Peanut butter and toffee cake bar topped with caramelized bananas and whipped cream
Drinks (from Big Spring Spirits )
- Spiced Cinder: A delicious blend of our house-made spiced apple syrup, Seven Governor’s Gin, and apple cider
- Pomegranate Mojito: a holiday twist on a classic, our adds a splash of pomegranate to this tropical favorite
Also a small selection of sodas and water bottles will be available too.
